On behalf of our client, a Forex brokerage built around new regulations in the financial industry designed to keep the customer protected, GRS are seeking to recruit an HR for their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate will need to have hands on experience in recruiting for Forex industry and to be able to take ownership of current openings immediately. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle the whole recruitment process including advertising company’s open vacancies through all relevant channels
  • Reviewing and handling all candidate applications through the different platforms
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates
  • Sending job offer emails and answering candidate questions regarding company and position
  • Preparing relevant reports requested by Head of HR
  • Liaising with all internal departments regarding recruitment and relevant topics
  • Working Closely with Managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives in order to define sourcing strategies
  • Represent employer in community and recruiting events
  • Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and wellbeing and support any other related functions
  • Delivering results with minimal supervision, and effectively managing multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment 
  • Experience with recruiting channels such as Linkedin, ergodotisi etc.
  • Computer literate (MS Office etc).
  • Knowledge of the Cyprus migration procedures could be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Able to work on own initiative with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both English and Greek language
  • A degree in Human Resources will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of BambooHR will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver on instructions and work as part of a team
