On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known pharmaceutical company, GRS are seeking to recruit a HR Senior Specialist to join their team in Limassol.   • Works closely with management, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting on all HR issues of the business by identifying problem areas and proposing solutions.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures on essential HR topics and issues.
  • Acts as point of contact for employees and managers.
  • Interprets and advises on employment legislation and practise
  • Leads HR global projects in her/his area of responsibility
  • Creates and maintains HR metrics and audit controls
  • Supports HR administration tasks concerning the full employee cycle
  • Performs compensation and benefits administration and reporting.
  • Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Coordinates employee development plans and performance management
  • Provides efficient and effective HR assistance and service to overseas offices 
  • University Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related discipline such as occupational psychology, behavioural sciences, organizational development, business, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge on HR processes and operations
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Solid understanding of labour legislation
  • Strong computer literacy, advance excel user
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages
  • Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanour
  • Very good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
