DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Meeting with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals to identify learning priorities

Designing engaging learning experiences and development programmes

Delivering impactful workshops on leadership, culture, performance management, business acumen, and people development

Helping organisations solve people and culture challenges

Contributing to real projects that improve workplaces, empower leadership teams and develop talent

Collaborating closely with clients to create positive and sustainable workplace change
-
Contributing ideas, creativity, and insight in business development initiatives and proposals
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in any area of study

HRDA Trainer Certification
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Fluency in Greek and English
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership, supervisory, or team management roles
-
A collaborative mindset, professionalism, and genuine passion for people development
-
Previous HR or consulting experience is a plus
SALARY AND BENEFITS

€28,000 - €36,000 Gross per annum
