MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take a leading role in HR processes, system analysis, and improvements.
  • Develop and implement new HR processes, systems, digital tools, and reports for efficient HR management and employee data management.
  • Oversee HRIS system implementation, including testing, configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and coordination of cross-functional dependencies.
  • Support all HRIS systems, including needs analysis, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration.
  • Assist HR end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools, including recruitment, on/off-boarding, employee performance evaluation, and employee data centre.
  • Ensure applications integrate into existing and planned infrastructure.
  • Develop, document, and maintain all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and IT team members on HRIS-related issues, enhancements, and queries.
  • Analyse HR data including workforce efficiency, compensation, turnover rate, survey results, and HR budgets.
  • Define and implement HR KPIs, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure all HR-related systems comply with data protection laws.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Strong familiarity with HR systems, BI tools, and Microsoft Office, with Advanced mastery of Excel (a must).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology.
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of HRIS and HR analysis experience (advantageous).
    • Experience with HR technology and HRIS (advantageous).
    • Familiarity with Monday.com (advantageous).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively with a pro-employee approach.
  • Resourceful, highly analytical, and able to navigate complex situations.
  • Excellent fluency in English, both verbal and written, as all training products are written in English.
