A company which provides assistance and advise to Gaming companies is searching for a Human Resource Officer to join their team in Malta. You will contribute towards the implementation of a strong people experience and ensure that the Human Resources function operates according to regulatory and professional standards. The ideal candidate will have Hold a tertiary level of education (qualifications in Human Resources, Business or any related field will be considered as an asset), be fluent in Maltese & English and have 2 years’ experience in HR. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the execution of several HR initiatives, mainly related to Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Culture
  • Assist in the ideation and management of HR initiatives to strengthen the internal wellbeing and fun factor of the organisation, while maintaining a performance-driven culture
  • Contribute to the management of the onboarding and termination workflows
  • Maintaining HR records, such as, but not limited to, compensation, health and medical insurance
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as the coordination and management of training, leave, sick leave and payroll adjustments
  • Identify employee and culture-related issues and concerns that require HR attention
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing HR policies and procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Hold MQF Level 6 level of education. Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or any related field will be considered as an asset;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources position;
  • Ideally hold prior experience in payroll, especially in Dakar;
  • Posses strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fun, self-motivated individual;
  • Passionate about HR and Workplace Engagement;
  • Ambitious to further their career in HR;
  • A good listener with a charismatic approach;
  • A persistent individual who holds a strong work ethic.
