On behalf of our client, an innovating Forex Broker company based in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit a Human Resources Payroll Officer. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a HR and Payroll role within the Forex industry. The candidate must be able to prepare the full payroll cycle. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process company's payroll every pay period
  • Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Handle, prepare and administering the full cycle of the Payroll Process
  • Liaise with all relevant professional bodies as such Social Insurances, Taxes etc.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with the provided standards and regulations
  • Ensure relevance on calculations of salaries, taxation, provident fund, gesy, benefits, etc.
  • Keep, update and maintain Salary records accordingly
  • Ensure that documentation is accurate, relevant and updated according to the New, Promoted or/and Terminated Employees
  • Distribute and transfer online the wages to employees’ bank accounts and provide them with the necessary documentation (payslips etc)
  • Assist and resolve employee queries when arise
  • Handle changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
  • Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
  • Closely collaborate with the Accounting Department when necessary
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc reporting and investigations when necessary
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Human Resources Executives
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years of previous experience as a Payroll Officer, or similar within the forex industry is mandatory.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Fluent in both English and Greek Language.
  • Advanced Mathematical Skills and Excel Skills.
  • Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Accounting Software.
  • Sage and Bamboo HRIS systems will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour legislation and Payroll procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
