MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining client records
-
Processing clients trading agreements and IB agreements.

Coordinate with sales and assist in bringing the partners onboard

Log details relating to the customer complaints, inquiries, feedbacks. Coordinating with dealing desk with regards to suspicious client trading activity
-
Liaising with the sales team to arrange for the timely receipt of client documentation.

Carrying out Know Your Client procedure.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience in Sales, customer care or any other relevant field

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal are a must
