The successful candidate must have previously dealt with immigration and property related projects in Cyprus. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing legal assistance in immigration and/or property related projects

Preparing, executing, processing and/or reviewing legal documents, i.e., contracts, applications, and other related documents

Advising and supporting on legal matters related to immigration and property fields

Coordinating with clients in order to prepare and submit permanent residence and other similar applications at the Civil Registry and Migration Department
-
Responsible for the handling of all immigration applications, i.e., Temporary/Permanent Residence Permit, Yellow Slips (MEU1, MEU2, MEU3).
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of University degree in Law
-
Previous working experience of 1-3 years in immigration and property law

Solid understanding and knowledge of property and immigration procedures, applications and the legal framework behind them

Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian will be considered an advantage
