MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and provide guidance on applicable laws and global regulatory compliance that impact the Group’s current and potential businesses

Prepare appropriate legal documents required

Represent company when needed in legal meetings
-
Review service agreements, intercompany agreements and other relevant documentation
-
Review financial and service agreements for PSP, EMI and financial services.

Communicating with other departments of the Company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the Company

Good awareness of the requirements and able to apply relevant judgment

Assisting with the preparation of bank forms
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience as a lawyer in software, Fin-tech, banking, (EMI), PSP and similar fields is a must

Fluently and professionally in English

Bachelor's degree in Law General requirements

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a complex global group with a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.

Ability to multitask

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload and proactive and creative thinking
