GRS Recruitment are working in close partnership with a growing Technology Brand who are searching for a talented In-House Lawyer to join the Legal Team. For this role we are looking for a candidate with a background working within the Financial Services Industry ideally in Fintech, EMI, PSP or a similar related field. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and provide guidance on applicable laws and global regulatory compliance that impact the Group’s current and potential businesses
  • Prepare appropriate legal documents required
  • Represent company when needed in legal meetings
  • Review service agreements, intercompany agreements and other relevant documentation
  • Review financial and service agreements for PSP, EMI and financial services.
  • Communicating with other departments of the Company and/or affiliates and/or associates of the Company in relation to corporate affairs of the Company
  • Good awareness of the requirements and able to apply relevant judgment
  • Assisting with the preparation of bank forms
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience as a lawyer in software, Fin-tech, banking, (EMI), PSP and similar fields is a must
  • Fluently and professionally in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Law General requirements
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively within a complex global group with a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including management of workload and proactive and creative thinking
  • Analytical skills
