DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs any legal duties assigned by superiors, in accordance with his/ her training and experience.

Prepares reports at the request of management.

Performs ad hoc tasks when requested by the team leader

Participate in improving workflows and procedures
-
Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business

Work in a highly autonomous role
-
Work well in a team.

Give accurate and timely counsel to executives and other senior members of staff in a variety of legal topics (corporate law and corporate finance)

Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations with respect to Cyprus entities of the Group
-
Offer proactive advise on possible legal issues with respect to Cyprus entities of the Group and its subsidiaries

Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights with respect to CY Holding entities and related parties

Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation

You will report to the Senior Lawyer of the team, Head of Administration and thereafter to Group General Counsel.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Law degree with relevant qualification to practice law.

Experience as an in-house lawyer, preferably within the gaming industry.

Strong understanding of gaming regulations and compliance processes.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and legal challenges.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
