GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a fast-growing technology-driven organisation operating within the digital services and online media space. We are seeking to recruit an experienced In-House Lawyer to join their team in Limassol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with 3–4 years’ experience who is looking to move in-house or further develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including service agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements and NDAs.

Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders across the business.

Support on employment law matters including contracts, HR policies and employee relations issues.

Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the business activities.

Support corporate governance matters and internal legal processes.

Identify legal risks and provide practical, solution-focused advice.

Liaise with external legal advisors where required.

Support on business projects, commercial initiatives and contract negotiations.

Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualified Lawyer / Advocate with approximately 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience.

Previous experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role.

Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.

Good understanding of employment law.

Exposure to technology, digital services, media, IP or data protection will be considered an advantage.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical legal advice.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
COMPANY BENEFITS
