GRS Recruitment is working in partnership with a fast-growing technology-driven organisation operating within the digital services and online media space. We are seeking to recruit an experienced In-House Lawyer to join their team in Limassol.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with 3–4 years’ experience who is looking to move in-house or further develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including service agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements and NDAs.
  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders across the business.
  • Support on employment law matters including contracts, HR policies and employee relations issues.
  • Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the business activities.
  • Support corporate governance matters and internal legal processes.
  • Identify legal risks and provide practical, solution-focused advice.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors where required.
  • Support on business projects, commercial initiatives and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Qualified Lawyer / Advocate with approximately 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience.
  • Previous experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal role.
  • Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Good understanding of employment law.
  • Exposure to technology, digital services, media, IP or data protection will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical legal advice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
