MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements

Provide general corporate governance and compliance advice

Assist and help the department on a wide range of other legal matters including some company secretarial responsibilities, corporate acquisitions, data protection, occasional litigation and employment / HR issues
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University graduate in Law
-
3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Fluency in English language at a professional level

Ambitious and highly committed individual

Strong analytical, communication skills
