A successful payment solutions company are working with GRS to recruit an in-house recruiter based in Limassol. The successful candidate will ideally be working in a HR capacity and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment. This role is also available for a HR Manager, that would focus on internal recruitment and when the recruitment drive is done will revert to the HR Manager position. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Headhunting using social media such as LinkedIn

Writing job descriptions

Screening and interviewing candidates

Onboarding new employees

Communicate with external services providers that assist with recruitment

Partnering with leaders within the firm to track ongoing hiring needs of the business
CANDIDATE PROFILE

At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition

A strong relationship builder

Educated to degree level in business a related subject

Passionate about recruitment and HR
