A successful payment solutions company are working with GRS to recruit an in-house recruiter based in Limassol. The successful candidate will ideally be working in a HR capacity and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment. This role is also available for a HR Manager, that would focus on internal recruitment and when the recruitment drive is done will revert to the HR Manager position. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Headhunting using social media such as LinkedIn
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Communicate with external services providers that assist with recruitment
  • Partnering with leaders within the firm to track ongoing hiring needs of the business
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • A strong relationship builder
  • Educated to degree level in business a related subject
  • Passionate about recruitment and HR
