Interior & Exterior Designer

A well-established company involved in the fields of hospitality, construction and property development, are working with GRS to recruit an Exterior & Interior Designer for their Limassol Office. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, but as an Exterior & Interior Designer you will be involved in the architectural design process and project management through the duration of their construction. • Cooperation with the member of the Technical Team and associates in order to produce designs required.
• Drawing’s study and preparation of architectural, statical, decorative and electromechanical drawings
• Preparation of floor plans, facades, intersessions, details and other drawings from existing studies and/or field measurements.
• Meeting attendance (offices or on site)
• Performs any related duties requested by the company and are not mentioned above according to the needs of the company.
• General budgeting and construction cost estimation in collaboration with others and under the guidance of the Senior Manager.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of the AutoCAD design program. Knowledge of other Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 2D, 3D, Beam, or any other design program will be considered an additional asset.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
• Knowledge of Planning Laws and general regulations
• Ability to work within schedules and under conditions of work pressure.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• European Union citizen or holder of a work permit in the EU
