GRS are working with a leading company in the real estate industry and is seeking a creative and self-reliant Interior Designer with strong project implementation skills to join its team in Nicosia. The ideal candidate combines design flair with technical accuracy and hands-on site coordination. Pro-activeness and independence are key qualities for success in this role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop design concepts and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.

Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and detailed specifications for interiors and exteriors.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Visit sites to oversee quality, progress, and design implementation.

Support budgeting, material selection, and presentation preparation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion (or similar 3D software).

Strong technical drawing and visualization skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
