On behalf of a well-established Global Technology Company, GRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced International Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have tech-savvy and intuitive with innovative ideas to retain existing customers and to close new deals. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer accounts to ensure retention.
  • Ensure customers´ expectations are in line with our products and services
  • Suggest functionalities of the software the customer could use and make sure the software is implemented.
  • Act as the main point of contact and manage the resolution of customer issues efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
  • Manage license renewal administration processes.
  • Forecast and analyze customer accounts performance – present reports summarizing information.
  • Generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand CRM software and be able to develop sales methods by using data effectively.
  • Ensure partners adhere to our processes and provide them demo support if required.
  • Forecast and analyze sales trends and product performance – present reports summarizing sales pipeline information.
  • Generate innovative ideas and messages for our events and trade shows as a coordinated effort with team members and other departments to boost brand awareness.
  • Create and deliver sales and educational webinars tailored to audience needs during trade shows, small events, and other corporate events.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Start-Up type of person – proactive, highly responsible, creative, and motivation-driven approach.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves to learn our software and its business processes.
  • Talent for influencing client management, selling, negotiation.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills, openness to feedback and resilience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (preferable Salesforce) and LinkedIn.
  • Native English is a must.
  • Must be currently living in Cyprus.
  • Solid experience with Sales B2B or Account Management.
  • Provide tangible results and a track record of success.
  • Experience with social media & public speaking.
