On behalf of our client, an International Consultancy Agency with an extensive and successful track record in the Telecommunications industry, GRS Recruitment are looking for an International Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate needs to be a fluent English speaker with have proven experience in international business-to-business IT environment.   • Generating new business opportunities and incremental sales from existing and/or new customers
  • Creating prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, attending events or other means of generating interest from potential clients
  • Managing and maintaining regular contact with existing customers
  • Searching, identifying, and selecting potential clients and decision makers to contact
  • Contributing to setting up with the team a client’s sales strategy plan and forecasting
  • Responding to sales leads, following up prospects and finalizing the sales process
  • Handling sales inquiries and pre-sales process for organization’s products and services
  • Participating in event marketing and sales activities
  • Building reports for upper management
  • Achieving sales targets
  • 3+ years of experience in selling IT products and/or services in the telecommunications industry, in Business Development and inside Sales or Account Management roles
  • Fluent/Native English level. Russian or any other additional language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to connect with people, build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
