A well-known educational institution based in Limassol are looking to hire an International Sales Officer to promote their programs and services to international audience. The position is target oriented hence you will be expected to go over and above, attend international career fairs, network in order to meet or exceed sales targets. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and register international students.
  • Conduct research to identify target markets and niches for international student recruitment.
  • Create and maintain partnerships with international educational agencies, recruitment professionals, platforms and organizations.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events such as education fairs, webinars, open days, and campus tours, in Cyprus and abroad.
  • Identify the needs and preferences of international students from different regions and countries and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Support marketing initiatives to promote the institution to international students and agents.
  • Manage the application and registration process for international students, including reviewing applications and communicating with applicants, government officials, and agents.
  • Advise international students on admission requirements, academic programs, and immigration regulations.
  • Provide support services to international students such as housing, language and cultural training, and orientation programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement services that meet the needs of international students.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to international student recruitment and registration.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international student recruitment and admissions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of immigration regulations and international education systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (additional language will be considered an advantage).
  • Experience in using CRM software, social media, and other digital marketing.
