Our client a Financial Services Provider which offers different solutions mainly to the Forex industry, is seeking to recruit an International TAX and VAT Specialist in Limassol. The successful candidate must have at least 4years of experience in a similar role and the ability to provide transactional and structuring advice.   • Providing cross-border transactional and structuring advice
  • Offering practical guidance to businesses that are trading and expanding internationally.
  • Advising on setting up of foreign operations, including subsidiary or branch structures
  • Detection and evaluation of risks as well as opportunities regarding respective tax issues for existing structures
  • Advising on local and international tax exposures arising from permanent establishments
  • Offering guidance on VAT implications of cross-border services
  • Review existing structures
  • Degree in Accounting and Finance or any other relevant field
  • At least 4 years of experience in an International VAT and TAX role
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm about VAT and Tax
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to comprehend complex information
  • Pro-active with strong organizational skills, multitasking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is essential
