A large international Forex company with state-of-the-art offices in Limassol, are currently seeking an Invest Product Manager. The company was founded 15 years ago and since then has grown into one of the largest in Cyprus. They serve both retail and institutional clients in more than 150 countries across their offices around the world. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Invest Product Manager within the FX or Financial Services. This is a great opportunity to join a multinational company with licenses from CySEC as well as the FCA in the UK.  
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Product Ownership:
  • Translate features into user stories for the development teams
  • Define and prioritize the key activities of the development teams based on the product roadmap
  • Build and re-prioritize the work and story backlog of the team when organizational priorities change to ensure maximum value delivery
  • Understand and advocate best practices in high-level system designs
Project Management:
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Responsible project planning and management, maintaining plans and preparing project documentation
  • Managing stakeholders to create and manage product roadmaps and getting internal agreement with key stakeholders
Business Analysis:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine requirements
  • Develop test strategies, document test scenarios, and coordinate the execution of test scripts
  • Conduct research on industry best practices, standards, and other market data
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Computer Science or any other related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a Product Manager role is a must
  • Experience within the FX or Financial Services is a plus
  • Experience with invest product management is a major advantage
  • Sound knowledge of trading or investments is a must
  • In-depth understanding of software product development life cycle
  • Experience with Agile software development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Experienced interaction with the Dealing Department is an advantage
  • Working experience with investment or trading platforms is a plus
  • Excellent command of the English language
