DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Investment Support:
  • Assist in conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential investments.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, legal teams, and consultants for investment evaluations and documentation.
  • Prepare investment summaries, presentations, and reports for internal decision-making.
Project Coordination:
  • Oversee the progress of ongoing projects (e.g., office development projects, startup investments) ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with architects, contractors, and service providers for property development tasks.
  • Monitor and report on project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
Operations & Administration:
  • Support the daily operational activities of the company, including administrative tasks, reporting, and document management.
  • Maintain internal records, investment tracking databases, and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between management, stakeholders, and partners.
Strategic Assistance:
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for new business initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support on market trends, competitive landscape, and investment strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of board reports and investor presentations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting/investment firms or Big4 as well as family offices or related sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of investment evaluation processes.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
