A leading Corporate & Trust provider with offices in Malta and another jurisdiction is looking for an Investment Operations Officer to join their team in Malta. You will handle all Client issues across our Core jurisdictions, liaising with Clients and Advisers around the process required for High-Net Wealth Clients who would like to access monies within their Investment Portfolios. The perfect candidate will have client facing experience and at least 2 years’ experience in Financial Administration. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal with Client and Adviser queries, using a variety of support tools including our own Client Platform and 3rd party Investment Platforms, around clients wanting to access funds from their Structures and Investments
- Apply strict Due Diligence procedures in dealing with High-Net Wealth clients requesting funds
- Process and follow-up Withdrawal transactions with clients, ensuring monies are transferred efficiently and within the Group’s agreed procedures
- Raise and escalate issues with line-management where required
- Carry out client and investment updates on the main company platform (XPLAN)
- Liaisie with Investment Providers around evolving practices and procedures relating to Client Withdrawals
- Remain up to date through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, attending training, conferences, and/or courses as directed by management, and obtaining certifications relevant to job duties.
- Be part of the Operations Withdrawals team and provide support and cover for other areas as and when required
- Contributes to the overall success of the Company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Financial Services and Administration

Ideally have experience working within a Client-Facing payments’ Infrastructure

Understanding of Client Due Diligence requirements

Working on Client/Investment Platforms

The ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to

information processed, stored, or accessed by the systems
-
The ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and to effectively prioritise workloads

Strong command of the English Language

Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially in dealing with both Clients and Investment Providers

Proficient use of MS Office Applications

Self-motivated, positive attitude, and able to work independently and under pressure
