Our client is a well-established international investment group with a significant portfolio of income-generating assets and an active presence in the European capital markets. We are working in partnership to hire an Investor Relations Manager for their Cyprus based operations in Larnaca.  The Investor Relations Manager is a critical, standalone leadership position reporting directly to the CFO. The successful candidate will act as the primary bridge between the Group and the global investment community, ensuring the company’s narrative is clearly communicated to bondholders, analysts, and prospective equity investors.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bondholder & Investor Management: Serve as the main point of contact for an existing base of institutional investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices, etc.
  • Strategic Communication: Lead the creation of the Report to Noteholders (RTN), quarterly financial presentations, and press releases.
  • Conference Roadshows: Represent the Group at major investment banking conferences (e.g., Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley), managing intensive schedules of 1-on-1 investor meetings.
  • IPO Readiness: Partner with the CFO and legal advisors to prepare the organisation for a potential public listing, establishing best-in-class reporting standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Capital Markets Execution: Assist in the preparation of prospectuses and marketing materials for future debt issuances or refinancing activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 5–7+ years of dedicated Investor Relations experience.
  • Must have experience working in-house within a Corporate environment (Real Estate, Asset Management, or Debt/Capital intensive industries preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Debt Capital Markets and bondholder relations is highly advantageous. Experience with IPO processes is a significant plus.
  • Background working with or alongside Investment Banks (e.g. ECM, DCM, leveraged finance, advisory) is highly valued.
  • Strong financial storytelling ability, with experience shaping investor narratives, presentations, and external communication materials.
  • A polished communicator with the confidence to advise senior leadership (Owner/CEO) and engage with high-net-worth stakeholders.
