MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
-
Provide IT Support to internal users, both locally and overseas
-
Work closely with the IT Management Team of the Group
-
Confirguration and deployment of IT hardware
-
Maintain and update technical documentation regularly
-
Administration and ensuring the availability of server and client systems
-
Management of IT infrastructure consisting of Microsoft services and applications (AD, Office 365, file and database servers, IIS, DNS, DHCP) cloudbased and on-premise
-
Participate in the management of the Generators and UPS
-
Analysis, Comparison and Purchases of IT Equipment and IT related services
-
implementation of security measures to protect IT systems from cyber threats
-
Identify, propose, and implement improvements to systems, procedures, and services
-
Undertakes any task or duty assigned by the management
-
Is aware, implements and complies to Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (IT Support or administration)
-
Knowledge of network security (Firewalls, Access Control, VPN)
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
-
Ability to troubleshoot in a Windows environment
-
Experience with LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Subnetting, etc.)
-
Confident use of Office 356 products, ideally from an administrative perspective
-
Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral)
