A dynamic B2B Software company which creates beautiful tech for Casino, Affiliates and e-Money institutions is looking for an IT Administrator to join their team in Malta. This is a varied role which covers Service Desk Tickets to Implementation of Systems. The perfect candidate will have 2 years’ experience in Customer Service facing role providing IT support and experience installing/troubleshooting Windows 10. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing 1st line support on all IT issues

User account management

Managing tickets to established SLA and KPI's

Desktop set up for new users

Maintaining the Asset Management database of IT equipment

Up-keep of technical documentation
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Have at least two years working experience in Customer Service facing role providing IT support

Have experience installing/troubleshooting Windows 10
-
Experience managing Office365
-
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Be well organized, able to handle various tasks at the same time
-
Advantageous if you have experience with - Microsoft Intune, Atlassian Stack, Networking, Anti-Virus Management and Asset Management Systems
