On behalf of our client a leading Financial Services Provider, GRS are looking to recruit an IT Help Desk Support. The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in an IT Help Desk Support or IT Administrator role. Also, the ability to work rotational shifts from 2am -10am, 10am -7pm, 12pm-9pm. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to work for a big and international company. 
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems
  • Configure, monitor and maintain updated virus protection software, and backup data for emergency recovery
  • Administer and maintain systems support for software, hardware and servers, test, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve all problems
  • Reading products specifications and Working with several outsourcing contractors / vendors
  • Negotiate prices
  • Manage Inventory and warehouse storage list
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or any other relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT Administrator/Help Desk role
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Great sense of responsibility, high skilled, organized with excellent documentation skills and self-learning ability, good communication and verbal skill with great personal skills and service oriented
  • IT related certification from Vendors like Cisco (CCNA, CCNP or CCIE), Microsoft (MCSA or MCSE) and CompTIA (A+, Network+ or Security+) will be highly considered
  • Working hours: Standard 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday however rotational shifts may be included if needed; from 2am -10am, 10am -7pm, 12pm-9pm.
