A well-established international gaming company are working with GRS to recruit an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join their Limassol office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The team believe in building solid relations with their partners and customers, and regularly invest in product development in order to satisfy their customers’ needs. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, maintain and update workstations for our users and be their first point of contact for all IT-related issues or queries.

Desktop OS administration.

Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.

Troubleshoot computer systems, telephony systems and network-related issues.

Ensures that all IT setup is complete for new users.

Manage the IT inventory.

Carries out any further duties assigned by their manager.

Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10).
-
MacOS: Client OS support.
-
Active directory administration.
-
Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

Prepare budget for IT needs.

Negotiate quotes with suppliers.
-
Communicate with ISP providers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc in computer science or relevant field.
-
2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.
-
System administrator with proven Office Infrastructure hands on experience (2+ year).

Fluency in English. Russian and Greek Language knowledge will be a plus.

Knowledge of Microsoft and MAC OS.

Valid Driving License.
