For this position you will be responsible for/or creating and implementing a strategy for the Project Team that is in line with not only the department but the wider business goals. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously

Manage the team of Project Managers through all phases of cycle development

Interface directly with managers, employees, vendors and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations

Review, evaluate and provide visibility to leadership of ongoing issues/risks/progress
-
Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

Analyse business input and creating business requirements and specifications

Collaborate with production team to develop technical requirements and functional business specifications
-
Plan the overall program and monitor project progress

Maintain a strong understanding of business strategies, goals and missions
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Educated to degree level in Computer Science or another related field
-
Extensive Experience in Program and Project Management, or Management Consulting
-
Experience within forex, stocks, and the financial trading sector is a must
-
Strong leadership and management skills
-
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to details
-
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
-
Capable of identifying flaws in scope and propose solutions
-
Able to translate business stories to technical specifications
-
Experience in Jira or Confluence or other Project Management systems

Strong understanding of technology and digitization
-
Excellent judgement and analytical skills
