Basic troubleshooting of hardware/software problems

Escalating technical request to IT team
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience in managing small teams

Excellent English skills

Good communication skills

Good analytical abilities

Knowledge of Active Directory

Experience with Jira

Experience with Mac OS and Linux

Knowledge of Russian language
