MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Installing new software and hardware components

Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands
-
Analyzing workflow and security requirements and establishing the network
-
Defining the policies and procedures for the network
-
Monitoring and analyzing the network and troubleshooting any problems
-
Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating security protocols
-
Testing, evaluating, and installing network enhancements to regularly update the network
-
Ensuring data storage is safe and secure
-
Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software
-
Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage
-
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BSc/ MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or the certified network engineers
-
At least 4 years experience in a similar role
-
Ability to establishing and maintenance the internal network (Network +), the Domain Controller and Active Directory
-
Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.

Ability to configure Mikrotik
-
Fluency in English is a must
-
Proficiency on backup systems
-
Ability to configure Cisco routers and switches (Cisco certificate is an advantage)
-
Ability to configure and maintenance the anti-virus server
-
Proficiency on Microsoft windows server and services
-
Knowledge of virtualization (VMware، Hyper V)

Ability in Hardware/ Software troubleshooting

Ability in setting up the organizational devices (printer, scanner, …)

Ability to installing the windows operating system, the required software tools
-
