MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to employees.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.

Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment.

Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software.

Document technical procedures and solutions.

Monitor IT equipment and manage orders.

Support the IT team in various projects and initiatives.

Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 2 years experience in a similar position.

Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Basic knowledge of network security and data protection practices.
