MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and configure hardware and software components

Repair or replace damaged hardware

Upgrade systems to enable compatible software

Install and upgrade antivirus software

Test and evaluate new technology

Perform tests on new hardware and software

Define software, hardware and network requirements

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Microsoft 365, SharePoint installation, maintenance and support

User access permission for VPN

Network Security, server security, AD maintenance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field
-
Experience troubleshooting systems

Familiar with a range of software and hardware

Up-to-date knowledge of IT and software trends

Team player and great task management skills
