On behalf of our client, an IT Solutions provider who are based in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit an IT Support Engineer for their expanding team. The ideal candidate must have 2 years previous experience in an IT support related role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Experience in Configuring, Administering and Troubleshooting Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, Microsoft 365.

Familiarity and Experience with MAC Environments will be considered as an advantage.

Familiarity and Experience with the Google Suite will be considered as an advantage.

Adhere to departmental procedures to ensure clients are kept well informed of ticket status and product availability in order to manage client expectation and ensure overall client satisfaction.

1 week on-call every other month.

Working hours 10am-7pm, Monday – Friday
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum previous IT support related experience of 2 years required.

Understanding of IT Principles and Technical concepts
-
Excellent English with active listening, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in Configuring, Administering and Troubleshooting Windows environments and devices.
