On behalf of our Client, a well-established IT provider, GRS are seeking to recruit an IT Support in Limassol. The successful candidate must provide support services to all of the company’s clients according to the terms & conditions of the business. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide L2 & L3 support to clients/Users (remote and on-site)
  • Specific responsibilities include planning, installing, configuring, supporting Windows OS, and Authorized Vendor hardware /Software (PCs/Notebooks/Servers)
  • Design, implement and support Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory,
  • Plan, install, configure and support Microsoft Cloud Services (Office 365)
  • Day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, upgrades of Infrastructure solutions,
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers and vendors to provide technical assistance and support
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree within the field of IT / Engineering
  • Minimal 1 Year to 2 years or more information technology experience with an emphasis on Windows platforms
  • Hands on experience on Windows Platforms
  • Mmanaging a Windows domain, particularly working with all aspects of Active Directory and Group Policy will be considered as an advantage
  • Planning, installing, configuring, supporting Microsoft cloud Office 365 Services (advantage)
