MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone or email

Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Up to one year of proven experience as a help desk technician.
-
Extensive knowledge in Windows operations system servers and workstations, Office 2013/2016, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory.

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
-
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in real time
-
Proficiency in English
-
Excellent communication skills
