GRS working with our client a leading technology solutions provider in Malta and part of a larger company with FMCG, catering and retail are seeking a talented and customer focused IT Technician to join their Malta based IT department. The selected candidate will ideally have an IT Diploma or similar and will be providing technical support to end-users and contributing to the ongoing technical developments being led by the IT Department. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide level 1 & Level 2 technical support to customers

Work to deliver on Service Level Agreements and ensuring that all support incidents are accurately recorded

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by acting as the primary point of contact for all new support incidents received through our helpdesk, email or telephone.

Use the helpdesk management system to log tickets.

Repair, deliver & deploy PC’s, laptops and printers.

Either remotely or on-site, provide technical support as well as facilitate the collection and delivery of hardware for repair or troubleshooting
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma in IT (or relevant)
-
Knowledge of Windows 10, Office Suite

CCNA qualification (as a plus)

Fluent in written and verbal English.

Strong interpersonal skills

Positive attitude, eager and Energetic

Ability to work and contribute within a highly dynamic team

Be eligible to work in Malta
