On behalf of our client, a leading financial services company who provides support services to Forex Brokers, GRS are looking to hire an Italian Speaking Customer Support Complaints representative. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and needs to be native/fluent in Italian and English. You will be resolving and negotiating customer complaints. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has excellent negation skills and likes to resolve issues.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
  • Resolve product related issues
  • Resolve complaints by customers
  • Work closely with the Compliance team
  • Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
  • Call monitoring
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
  • Native or Fluent in Italian and English verbal and written is a must
  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Experience from a Forex company is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
