An established Forex company based in Limassol are looking to recruit an Italian Speaking Retention Agent to join their team. The candidate must have previous experience in a FX Sales role and must be fluent in Italian and English. An amazing opportunity for someone who likes to reach and exceed sales targets.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help maintain high levels of client acquisition and retention.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Dealing with client inquiries and requirements via email and telephone.
-
Ensuring customer satisfaction, professional communication.
-
Liaise with other departments for unresolved issues.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Native or fluent in Italian both written and spoken.

Excellent level of English both written and spoken would be considered an advantage.

Previous experience in a Customer Support role, preferably in the Forex Industry.

Ability to manage the day to day sales and customer service tasks.

Strong communication skills.

Good computer and phone skills.

Ability to work with goals, targets, and deadlines.

Great objection-handling skills.
