A Financial Services company authorized to offer electronic money payments, crypto currencies and banking products is looking for an experienced Italian speaking Sales Account Manager to join their new team in Malta. The main purpose of the role is to sell financial products on a B2B basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be fluent in English and Italian. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling of financial products (mainly bank accounts) to companies, with strong focus on the Gaming sector

Develop positive relationships with clients

Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven work experience in a sales role within the Banking/Financial Services Sector

Fluent in English & Italian
-
Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
