A leading Swiss-based Forex company is looking for an Italian Speaking Senior Sales Trader to join their team in Malta’s capital. Our client offers online trading, FX & CFDs brokerage and financial education. You will report directly to the company’s management and be in charge, within the sales team, for managing an existing customers’ database and a flow of high-quality leads and prospects. The perfect candidate will have 5 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Connect with customers via email, chat, phone

Contact retail customers regarding the sale of training courses and assistance on opening trading accounts with partner brokers

Provide customer service and support

Relationship management with existing clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 5 years' experience with a similar role is a must

Fluent in Italian

Knowledge of major trading platforms

Passion for the investment and online trading
-
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English

Communication skills and propensity for contact with retail traders

Excellent knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office package

Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs will be considered a plus
