On behalf of our client, an International Consultancy Agency with an extensive and successful track record in the Telecommunications industry, GRS Recruitment are looking for a Japanese Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate needs to be a fluent/native Japanese speaker with proven experience in International Telecommunications, IT Software and Automotive Industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsibility for various aspects of international sales & business development for a Company’s customer (a leading global provider of automated testing and assurance solutions in the Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) sector).
  • The successful applicant will need to have experience in Business Development or Account Management roles preferably in the in the Automotive / Aviation / Telecommunication / IT software industry.
  • Searching, identifying and selecting potential clients and decision makers to contact.
  • Contributing to setting up with the team a client’s sales strategy plan, forecasting.
  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Contributing to setting up with the team a client’s sales strategy plan, forecasting
  • Responding to sales leads, follow up prospects and finalize the sales process.
  • Handling sales inquiries and pre-sales process for organization’s products and services.
  • Participating in event marketing and sales activities.
  • Building reports for upper management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in sales in the technology organizations (software and/or
  • services) industry is considered a must
  • Minimum 5-8 years of business experience in sales and business development roles
  • Ability to work from home-self disciplined
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and verbal) - ability to connect
  • instantly with people, build rapport and trust
  • Fluency/Native level of Japanese in both written and verbal. Fluency in English is a must.
