On behalf of our Client, an established Company operating in the online gambling sector, GRS are currently seeking to recruit an active and enthusiastic Call Agent who wishes to be become the newest member of their professional and multicultural team in Limassol. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, high fluency in the Japanese language and be flexible to work on rotational shifts until 7pm (including weekends). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Making outbound calls on daily basis to existing players (welcome calls, courtesy calls, reactivation calls, survey etc)
  • Performing customer satisfaction surveys as well as offering incentives and promotions in order to reactivate lapsed or dormant accounts.
  • Contact VIP players
  • Keeping a record of your activates and results, providing reports of this to the line manager.
  • Retention - continuous relationship management and cooperation with existing clients
  • Assisting the customer service team when needed, answering inbound calls, emails and live chats.
  • Keep up to date with new information/policies
  • Collaborate with our Fraud and payments team in customer queries
  • Collaborate with our CRM team
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Native Japanese speaker is mandatory.
  • Intermediate to fluent level of written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in an outbound and/or sales role with calls involved a big plus
  • Comfortable doing sales calls
  • You have a positive and a can-do attitude with a flexible approach
  • Experience within the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage but not mandatory
  • You have a genuine interest in iGaming and eager to learn more
  • A team player that can work independently
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Email etc)
  • Ability to work in a fast pace while multitasking
  • Flexible on working rotational shifts until 7pm (including weekends)
