Our Client, an International Technology Company based overseas are looking to bring their Head Office to Cyprus and seeking to recruit a Java Developer to join the team. The company has been in operation since 1998 and has its software focusing on the Business Intelligence within the Travel sector. The successful candidate will be home based and will report into the Tech Team Leaders Overseas. . MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Software development including enhancements and bug fixes in the Java environment.

Deployment of new software, maintenance of the development, test and live environments.

Creating automated unit tests and performing manual testing of various software.

Provide second level support to Business Analysts and first line support desk.

Create thorough documentation prior, during and on completion of a project.

Work with new technologies and languages as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Solid Java programming experience.

Knowledge of the following technologies Java 8, SQL, Spring, JSP, Servlets, HTML, Javascript.

Hands on experience with Java web development : JSP.

Java certifications, or degrees related to programming, are advantageous.

Willingness to work within a structured and professional environment.
