An international group of companies offering digital solutions for all affiliate marketing industries are working in partnership with GRS to recruit a Junior Account Manager to join their team in Paphos. The successful candidate will be a recent graduate of HR related studies with a high fluency in English. The growth plans of this company make this a great opportunity to join their Paphos based team as a Junior Account Manager.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Account Managers on a daily basis with any procedurals and tasks relating to their teams.

Assist with Interviews, engage and train individuals who will be providing their services for our clients through our platform

Help with reporting, analysing and evaluating the performance of the freelancers and provide your insights to the Account Managers

Contribute towards side projects and ideas that will optimise and enhance the quality of the services we offer to our clients.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
BA/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other relevant field.

Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal & written). The knowledge of any other language would be considered a benefit.

Good knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
