Our Client is a well-established and multidisciplinary Professional Firm based in Limassol offering international business clients and high net worth individuals, the complete range of Corporate Services. They are currently recruiting for a Junior Accountant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sector to join their team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintaining and updating of accounting records
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports
  • Preparation & Submission of VAT/VIES returns/Central Bank report
  • Preparation of reconciliations of bank balances, receivables & payables
  • Preparation of Payroll & Payments to Social Insurances/Tax Departments
  • Liaising with auditors and other advisors
  • Ensuring monthly suppliers’ payments
  • Petty cash management Issuance of invoices/receipts
  • Credit control of clients’ outstanding balances
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field LCCI Higher Diploma or equivalent will be considered an advantage
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated work experience in an Accounting / Bookkeeping role
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek / English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Word
  • Highly ethical, trustworthy, reliable
  • Must have excellent follow up and tracking skills
  • Willingness to learn & develop
  • Team-working skills

Working hours: Monday to Thursday Starting 8.00-9.00 finishing 17.30-18.30 with one hour break (anytime between 13.00-15.00) and Friday Starting 8.00-9.00 finishing 14.00-15.00
