MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing operational payments of the Employer and its clients

Reconciliation of bank statements for the Employer and its clients

Organizing proper accounting document flow of the Employer and its clients

Maintaining petty cash of the Employer and its clients
-
Preparation of information for monthly statistical reports for CBCY (QSHS and QIFS) for the Employer
-
Assisting with HR document flow for the Employer
-
Maintenance of IR59 of the Employer and its clients
-
Resolve ad hoc issues and questions related to accounting information
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 2 years experience in a similar position

Advanced MS Excel skills
-
Fluent English
-
Full time occupation
-
Ability to work extra hours on demand

Excellent writing, communication, self-learning and coordination skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Having the right to work in Cyprus is a must
