MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Maintaining and updating accounting records via the accounting software

Recording of invoices, receipts, payments, provisions
-
Perform reconciliations (banks, receivables, payables)
-
Preparation and submission of the VΑΤ form on a quarterly basis
-
Preparation of VAT reconciliation on a quarterly basis
-
Preparation of management reports in accordance with IFRSs
-
Management of portfolio of accounting clients
-
Regular reporting to the Management team about status, progress and completion of work
-
Deliver within the defined deadlines
-
Liaising with auditors by providing requested information relevant to the audit process
-
Cooperate efficiently with clients and all related departments to process financial information on time
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field
-
LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification
-
Previous experience in Accounting or any other relevant field will be considered an advantage
-
Excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles and VAT
-
Proficient in MS Office
-
Knowledge of Quick books and CaseWare will be considered an advantage
-
Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written
