An opportunity has arisen to work with one of our clients as a Junior Accounts Executive at a Maltese based multidisciplinary firm providing corporate, trusteeship and fiduciary services to clients around globally. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual who has a practical and hands-on approach with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.   • Issuing invoices to clients
  • Issuing and inputting of invoices, reconciliations and chasing of receivables
  • Assisting the accounting department for daily tasks of the groups of companies
  • Monitoring of bank accounts, posting of bank transactions and allocate bank and cash transactions on a daily basis.
  • Weekly bank reconciliations
  • Processing of supplier payments
  • Inter-company transfers
  • Monthly reconciliation, updating and monitoring of client balances
  • Other nominal postings
  • Other adhoc duties normally performed in an accounts department
  • 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in the English Language.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and manage own workload while being part of a motivated team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with a good eye for detail
  • Team-player.
