On behalf of our client, a newly established construction firm, is working with GRS to recruit a Junior Architect to be based in Larnaca & Limassol projects. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic and expanding team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of construction drawings
-
BIM Revit 3D modelling
-
Preparation of BOQs using Revit schedules
-
On-site construction progress supervision
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field
-
Proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling
-
Knowledge of Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM standards, Enscape/ Lumion will be considered as an advantage
-
Have a great work ethic and collaborative teamwork skills
-
Great time management and organisational skills
-
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment with tight deadlines

Excellent problem solver and strong follow through
-
Focused and proactive individual
-
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek languages
