An international gaming company is looking for a Junior BI Analyst to join their team in Malta on a remote basis. You will deliver data to insightful reports and dashboards and will support data-driven decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and have 1 – 2 years’ experience in a BI, data analysis, or related role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.

Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations.

Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.

Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the data warehouse.

Support data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks.

Collaborate with IT to ensure data security and integrity.

Work closely with product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.

Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Suggest and implement improvements to existing BI processes and tools.
